Customer Scheduling Feature

Where you can tag customers on the database page to let you know these customers need scheduling

Starting with version 2.0.0.6, you can now tag specific customers on the database page to let you know you need to schedule these jobs. As you do more and more estimates, the customers who said yes to your proposal can add up quickly. You tell them they are on the schedule. With this new method, you will now see on the customer database page on who these customers are.

To get started, just simply goto the customer database page and for the customers who said yes to your proposal, just right click on their name and select "Add Customer To Schedule Job List"

After you do this to all your customers that need scheduling, you will now see "in the below picture", a small calendar icon is displayed to the right of the customer. This tells us this customer needs to be scheduled.

There are a few ways to view the entire list of all the customers you tagged. In the lower left hand corner, you can click the calendar icon like you see in the below picture.

Or click on the menu, and scroll down and select "View jobs that need scheduling"

Which will bring up the Jobs form that will look like the below image

To remove a customer form this list, just simply right click on the customer in the database page, and click on "Remove customer from the scheduled jobs list"

New Windows 11 Theme

Increase the Font Size

You can now increase the font size a little larger through out the program. This can be helpful for those who are using this program on large screens.

Just a quick note here, not all controls will be effected by this, some it was just not possible to increase due to space limitations. Hopefully this help those who are getting up there in age and loosing their sight like me.

Increase the Scaling on many controls

You can now increase the scaling of many controls to give them a larger appearance throughout the program. This also can be helpful for those who are using this program on large screens.

By default this will be enambled when you install this version. To turn it off, simply goto the program settings, under user settings look for this option and turn it off.

As you can see from the above images, the boxes on the left are a little smaller to compared to the ones on the right.

Pay Expense Report for Employees

Just a simple form that will display how much an employee earned throughout the years.

---

To find this feature, just open up the company info form, click on employees, and then click the edit button for the employee you would like to view. Then at the bottom of the form, you will see a button "Expenses Report"

Which will bring up this form and will display many details about this employee, from hours, to sick pay, bonus pay and so on...

NOTE: There is also a new feature or drop-down item in the expense form, when entering the pay for the employee, you will now have several more options, sick pay, holiday pay and bonus pay.
