Backing Up Your Data

To start the backup, click on the File menu at the top of the main form, then scroll down to Backup.

This will bring up the backup form shown below.

Click the folder icon to browse to a location where you would like your data to be backed up.

Once a location is selected, click the Back Up Now button.

That’s it — your data is now backed up. The selected backup location will be remembered, so you usually only need to browse once.

If you look in the folder where your data was backed up, you will see folders similar to the example below.

Each folder name represents the date and time the backup was created. For example, 03152020_083435 represents March 15, 2020 at 8:34:35 AM.
