Backup & Restore
You can back up your production rates by opening the File menu and selecting Backup | Restore.
This backup method saves only your production rates file.
Restore default rates
To restore the original production rates installed with the program, open the File menu and select Backup | Restore, then choose Restore Default Rates.
Restoring default rates will overwrite your current production rates file. Any custom rates will be lost unless you have a backup.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter an error when opening the Production Rates form, please report it. When the form opens, the program verifies that both the production rates file and materials file exist.
If either file is missing, you will be prompted to restore the default file.
If issues persist, you can manually delete the affected file from:
C:\ProgramData\TpeFiles\
When reopening the Production Rates form, you will be given the option to restore the missing files.
If you have a large amount of data you do not want to lose, contact support and send the affected file for review.
