Job Materials Purchased
The Job Materials Purchased form displays all materials you have purchased for every estimate and job you have worked on. These materials are entered when updating hours worked and materials purchased on an active estimate.
Opening the Job Materials Purchased form
There are three ways to open this form.
Option 1: From the main menu
From the top menu, click View, then select View All Materials Purchased.
This option displays materials purchased for all jobs.
Option 2: From the Customer Database
On the Customer Database page, click the menu button at the bottom and select View Materials Purchased.
This method respects any filters currently applied in the Customer Database. For example, if you are filtering to show only last year’s jobs, only materials purchased for those jobs will be displayed.
Option 3: From the Customer Database context menu
Right-click a customer or job in the Customer Database and select Display Job Materials for…
This option displays materials for the selected customer only. If the job has not been started yet, this option will be unavailable.

The rest of the form is largely self-explanatory. Use the toolbar buttons to group by vendor, date, job number, or other available fields.
To reset the view, click the Reset button. Use the Settings dropdown to save the current layout so it is restored the next time you open the form.
To print or export data, click the Print & Export tab at the top of the form.
This form is especially useful when you need to quickly find the last time a specific item was purchased—simply use the search box to filter by vendor or material name.
