Working Hours & Employee Perks
Here you will enter the hours in a day your company works on the job and the amount of sick days and holidays you offer to your employees.
As shown below, the standard workday is set to 8 hours per day.
In this example, two sick days and two holidays per year are offered for each employee. The grid calculates how much will be added to each employee’s overhead rate.
For example, if an employee’s base wage is $22.00 per hour, the program will add approximately $0.35 per hour to cover these additional expenses.
When you are finished, click the Save All button at the top of the screen.
