Job Notes

Job Notes are a simple way to save information about a job that may be useful in the future. These notes are private and intended for your internal reference.

Job Notes are often used to record special customer details, reminders, or anything else you may want to remember the next time you estimate work for the same customer.

Adding notes to a job

To add notes for a job, open the estimate and click the Notes & Colors button at the top of the form.

This opens the Job Notes form.

Type your notes in the text area. When finished, click Save.

Viewing job notes across all estimates

New in version 2.0.0.6

You can view Job Notes for all estimates in your Customer Database.

From the main menu, click View and select View All Job Notes.

This opens a consolidated view showing notes from every job.

This view is useful for quickly reviewing past customer history before creating a new estimate.
